Strata Management

Strata Management is provided by Bright & Duggan.

Information managed by Bright & Duggan can be accessed via: Strata Max Portal
The portal has been customised for Lot Owners to have access to up to date Owners Corporation information specific to their Property and Lot Information. It allows payments of levies online, checking of account balances, viewing strata records and making requests for information. Owners can also check their details and make any changes online.

Building Management

Clean Green Strata are contracted to provide building management, cleaning, and landscaping services.
They are responsible for the upkeep of the gardens, and this includes both looking after the gardens, replanting and repairing where necessary.

The building manager’s office is in the Brennan block, and the nearest gate to this is the gate to 3 Brennan Street.
The office door is facing toward the garden.
