All common entry gates, stairwell doors, carpark doors, carpark roller doors, and elevator, are accessed using a single type of security fob, which are coded to each unit.
Fobs are owned by the unit owner.
In addition, optional remote controls are available to open the garage roller doors.

There are two car parks in Atlas, and one of these contains visitors’ parking spots.
It is entered from the roller door, nearest to 3 Brennan Street.
Both car parks have a car wash bay.
Cages are available for rent.

Two picnic tables and benches are located in the courtyard, available to all residents to use.
An 80,000L water tank is located beneath the courtyard, between the north and south carparks, which feeds the garden irrigation system, controlled by a timer that is adjusted as needed for compliance with current water restrictions.
The only lift is situated in C Block. It can be accessed by walking through the gap in the middle of C Block.
